Очень нравится процесс мутации мастерпланов по ходу реализации проекта. Хороший пример - "Алтуфьевское 53", который ПИК явно сливает по лоупрайсу и не может раскочегарить нормально продажи.

1. Этап преддевелопмента. Разбирали этот мастерплан тут. Но, отметим, что на нем есть и офисник, и реновация, и какая-то ебейшая пергола и продолжение проекта в стиле ПИК33.
2. Вот такой мастер-план был на старте продаж. Урбан-блок и очертания другого урбан-блока. Никакой вам реновации. пустота.
3. Пририсовали реновацию. Начал мутировать другой урбан-блок, становится понятно, что там будет доминанта.
4. И вот происходит "обновление" мастерплана. Появляется гранд башня. И архитектура в стиле "серия плюс" или "девелопер среда". Надо отметить новый тренд - это планировка гранд башни.
