1. Есть возможность реализации модельных объектов образования с шагом по размерности: 1,5 тыс., 2 тыс., 2,5 тыс. 2. Увеличивается радиус доступности, что является огромным плюсом для девелопера. 3. Повышается контроль очередности реализации, устанавливается фиксированный срок ну и как итог - проебываешь сроки - платишь штрафы. С девелоперами другой разговор не работает. Только можно называть рублем. Иначе найдут 1000 и 1 причину почему вся социалка должна уехать вправо и вообще не реализовываться.
Короче, город очень делает правильные шаги в формате и кнута и пряника, чтобы не получалось кейсов на подобии школ в некоторых проектах.
