Это выдолбленный в стене портрет Германа Гессе, он «Игру в бисер» написал. Обратите внимание на логотип ПИК.

Две площадки в Хамовниках это уже заявка на серьезную конкуренцию в рамках де-люкса. Виды, конечно, у «Саввиной набережной, 27» так себе на фоне конкурентов, но все остальное 10/10.
