Исторически это был огромный тепличный комплекс - Агрофирма Косино. Держать теплицы около Москвы сейчас не модно, уж слишком дорогие салат / огурцы получаются ввиду трат на обогрев этого чуда. В ближайшие лет 5 все тепличные комплексы, которые расположены с нормальной транспортной доступностью будут снесены.
