Рендеры жилого комплекса «Лаврушинский» в Большом Толмачевском переулке появились. Девелопер - Sminex. Мне одному кажется, что окружающая обстановка на рендерах не соответствует реальности?
СПИЧ абсолютно везде применяет одни и те же приемы при проектировании, что Лаврушинский, что Амарант, что Настоящее, что Legacy.

Если раньше фишкой проектов Sminex был какой-то особый антураж, как на "Малой Ордынке, 19" или Jazz, то сейчас на Большом Толмачевском получился какой-то турецкий отель на минималках, и это в супер крутом месте столицы. Не очень "высокий" полет архитектуры получается при перспективно сказочной цене на метр в районе 700-800 тыс. руб./кв. м на старте.

Из плюсов - закончились основные конкуренты - Barkli Gallery наконец-то продан последний лот, в Cloud Nine все плюс минус расхватали. Но это не значит, что там не стартанет в ближайшее время еще очень крутых проектов.
