Для любителей грузинской кухни и не только⤵️

✅Баклажаны-2 крупных или 3 средних шт.
✅Орехи грецкие- 200 гр
✅Кинза- небольшой пучок
✅Чеснок- 2-3 зубчика
✅Лук- 1 шт.
✅Уксус винный (или яблочный)- 1 ч. л.
✅Соль--по вкусу
✅Хмели-сунели- 1 ч. л.
⠀
✏️Баклажаны режем на тонкие продольные пластины. Можно замочить в солёной воде на 30 мин. Воду слить. Баклажаны промыть. Обжарить на растительном масле с двух сторон. Выложить на бумажные салфетки.

😉Можно жарить на сковороде-гриль без лишнего масла.

✏️Орехи измельчаем в блендере (или пропускаем через мясорубку 2 раза).
✏️Кинзу, лук и чеснок измельчаем в однородную массу.
✏️Смешиваем орехи, луковую массу, соль, хмели-сунели и уксус. Пробуем. Добавляем то, чего не хватает на ваш вкус.
✏️Намазываем ореховый соус на пластинки баклажанов, скручиваем рулетками. Ангела за трапезой 😇
