САЛАТ ИЗ НУТА С БАКЛАЖАНАМИ.

Сытный салат с потрясающим ароматом и вкусом!

✅баклажан- 1 крупн. шт.
✅нут (консервированный или отваренный)- 1 миска
✅петрушка, кинза- пр вкусу
✅чеснок- 2 зуб.
✅паприка сладкая- 0,5 ч. л.
✅зира (кумин)- 0,5 ч. л.
✅оливк. масло– 4 ст. л. (2- для обжарки, 2- для заправки)
✅уксус (винный, яблочный)- 1 ст. л.
✅лимонный сок- 1 ст. л.
✅соль- по вкусу.

✏️Баклажан нарезать крупными кубиками. Выложить на сковородку с разогретым маслом и жарить до готовности. Периодически перемешивать.
✏️Выложить баклажаны в миску. Добавить много рубленой зелени по вкусу.
✏️Добавить нут. Можно взять консервированный, а можно отварить самим.
✏️Делаем заправку. Смешиваем оливковое масло, уксус, лимонный сок, чеснок через пресс, немного зиры и и паприки. Соль по вкусу. Какой аромат! 😍
✏️Перемешиваем и добавляем в салат. Отправляем в холодильник минимум на 2 ч. Периодически перемешиваем, чтобы всё лучше пропиталось. Подаем! Ангела за трапезой!😇

Markets continued to grapple with the economic and corporate earnings implications relating to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. “We have a ton of uncertainty right now,” said Stephanie Link, chief investment strategist and portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors. “We’re dealing with a war, we’re dealing with inflation. We don’t know what it means to earnings.” The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted.
