В марте 2023 года архиепископа уже штрафовали на 40 тысяч рублей за антивоенную проповедь, а в октябре в Свято-Покровско-Тихоновском храме у него и его помощника прошёл обыск.

Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
