плюсы раннего подъема: с утра чтение идет быстрее и сосредоточенее, никто не мешает, день сразу настроен на хорошую волну. это, конечно, при условии, что за окном не пасмурно и серо, а светит солнце)
минусы раннего подъема: иногда хочется спать, но это не точно

вчера начала оформлять развороты а ежедневнике) еще хочу красиво сделать страницы к марафонам на следующий год) хочется читать меньше, но я слишком зависима от книг 😁

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting.
