В криминальной схеме, указывает ведомство, участвовали более 70 самостоятельных групп и использовались свыше 8,5 тыс. реквизитов банковских карт.
Возбуждено уголовное дело по статье о неправомерном обороте средств платежей, четырем подозреваемым предъявлены обвинения.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
