«Хочется сказать, мало приятного, ряд министерств недорабатывают, подходят к исполнению своих обязанности недобросовестно. Есть проблемы в зоне их ответственности и полномочий», — сказал он.
По словам Володина, это касается вопросов обеспечения техническими средствами инвалидов дефицита кадров в здравоохранении и образовании.
