Выехавшие на место после жалоб жителей сотрудники МЧС сообщили, что выдали «Таширу» разрешение на слом цистерны, однако предварительно строители должны были откачать их содержимое. Фото и видео очевидцев подтверждают, что этого так и не сделали. Тем не менее спасатели в тот вечер поспешили ретироваться, не удручая себя разбирательствами на счет того, почему застройщик игнорирует их предписания.
