Оперштаб Дагестана объявил в поселке режим КТО в поселке с 00:25 и сообщил о проведении оперативно-розыскных мероприятий. Он просит жителей города об оказании всесторонней поддержки в решении задач по борьбе с терроризмом.

Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so.
