На данный момент доступна добровольная регистрация через Госуслуги. Для регистрации нужно указать:
1. Название соцсети и канала. 2. Ссылку на канал/страницу. 3. Контактные данные (телефон, e-mail).
Если канал представляет корпоративную страницу, регистрацию следует провести через учетную запись юр. лица или ИП.

Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
