На проспекте Обуховской Обороны приступили к сносу исторического памятника - бань братьев Недлер. Его демонтируют для строительства Большого Смоленского моста через Неву.
Градозащитники заявляют, что сносить памятник нельзя, так как он внесен в список зданий, обладающих признаками объектов культурного наследия. Это утверждено приказом министерства культуры России от 2015 года.
Но городской комитет по государственному контролю, использованию и охране памятников истории и культуры весной нынешнего года одобрил снос этого и семи соседних исторических зданий, в числе которых и школа поэтессы Ольги Берггольц.
Эксперты отмечают, что уничтожение зданий разрушит композицию застройки бывшего села Смоленского, которое признано историческим районом Северной столицы.
Таким образом застройщики посылают градозащитников и нашу историю в баню...
