Герман Клименко, бывший советник президента РФ по вопросам интернета в интервью изданию "Аргументы и факты" предположил, что Youtube в ближайшее время в России будет заблокирован полностью.
Логика такого события проста — за время замедления Youtube российские пользователи отвыкнут от сервиса, уже не будут переживать из-за его блокировки, поскольку он всё равно работает плохо.
В то же время российские видеохостинги "импортозаместят" за эти месяцы хотя бы самые востребованные видеоролики и улучшат свою инфраструктуру, оставив на доступ через обходные пути "длинный хвост" практически полезных, но не массовых роликов

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
