Ранее СТМ анонсировала, что первые созданные холдингом трехсекционные трамваи будут поставлены в Ростов-на-Дону в рамках заключенного концессионного соглашения. Технические параметры машины пока не раскрывались, экскизные проекты не публиковались, однако в СТМ отмечали, что в трамвае будут использованы тележки собственной разработки.

He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
