Общая выручка двух объединенных компаний за 2023 год составила €7,3 млрд, при этом большая ее часть (около 60%) – это доходы от поставок и обслуживания систем СЦБ.
Сделка стоимостью €1,7 млрд. была одобрена европейскими регуляторами в октябре 2023 года после взятия Hitachi Rail обязательств по продаже активов в Германии, Франции и Великобритании. В январе стало известно о покупке данных активов итальянской Mermec.
Сама Thales GTS специализировалась на выпуске систем СЦБ и управления подвижным составом, занималась разработками в сфере кибербезопасности, ИИ на транспорте и автономных поездов.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
