В феврале этого года в эфире телеканала «Украина 24» Фейгин заявил, что RT — это структура службы внешней разведки, что сотрудники канала якобы покупают бывших чиновников, взаимодействуют с агентурой и делают закладки. Журналист также обвинил RT во вмешательстве в выборы во Франции и в Германии.
Мы обратились в суд с требованием признать сведения, которые распространял Фейгин, не соответствующими действительности, разместить опровержение и выплатить компенсацию за ущерб, причинённый деловой репутации.
Арбитражный суд Москвы требования RT удовлетворил. Но адвокат Фейгина подал апелляционную жалобу.
Итог: 8 июня Девятый арбитражный апелляционный суд вынес решение в пользу RT.

This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
