«ГАЗ» требовал признать недействительным расторжение соглашения о контрактной сборке, а также взыскать с ответчика 15.6 млрд. рублей, сумма была определена, как ущерб в связи с расторжением соглашения.
Volkswagen сообщал, что судебные претензии вызвали у компании удивление, так как якобы соглашение было расторгнуто по итогам всесторонних и глубоко содержательных переговоров. @ruarbitr
