Закон вступит в силу с момента опубликования и распространится на правоотношения, возникшие с 24 февраля 2022 года на территориях Украины, Донецкой Народной Республики и Луганской Народной Республики; в Запорожской и Херсонской областях — с 30 сентября 2022 года.

The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries. False news often spreads via public groups, or chats, with potentially fatal effects.
