Напомним, что весной мы рассказывали, что против закона проголосовал только депутат Затуллин. В этот раз, За проголосовали 407 депутатов, против — 0, воздержались — 0. Остальные не голосовали.
Теперь получить разрешение на временное проживание в нашей стране вне квоты или вид на жительство будет возможно не ранее чем через 3 года с момента вступления в брак либо усыновления. Таким образом, вступать в фиктивный брак становится просто бессмысленно и опасно.
Кроме того, этот прекрасный закон будет ещё и профилактикой «восточных сказок», количество браков с мигрантами значительно уменьшится. Очень хорошо!
