На глобальном юге армия - самый простой способ прийти к успеху или даже к власти. А законодателями реальной современной войны и лучшими солдатами данного исторического момента являются граждане Украины по обе стороны окопов. Граждане той страны, которая ни в каком особом милитаризме замечена не была. В общем лучшими солдатами в мире оказались хохлы, те самые, которых я лично считал смешными героями анекдотов типа чукчей и молдаван. Вот это открытие последних лет. Теперь ездишь по миру, смотришь на парады и думаешь про себя "ну и клоуны".

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets.
