Стоимость недвижимости в городе растёт быстрее, чем в области: если в 2017 году разрыв составлял 15,6 тыс. рублей (21,8%), то к 2024 году он увеличился до 78,7 тыс. рублей (46,5%). По мнению экспертов, основная причина — дефицит участков для застройки внутри города, и этот тренд продолжит усиливаться – "ДП".
