Официально особняк принадлежат компании Swiss Top villa management AG, зарегистрированной в Швейцарии. Но в народе владение территорией приписывают Юрию Качмазову — опальному олигарху и основателю группы компаний «СОК», который находится в розыске с 2011 года.
