▪️Рыбу порезать на небольшие кусочки, убедиться что нет костей; ▪️Желток отделить от белка, понадобится только желток; ▪️Морковь почистить и порезать не крупно. ▪️Все ингредиенты взбить в блендере; ▪️Из получившийся массы сформировать небольшие котлетки; ▪️Варить в пароварке 10-13 минут.
⭐У меня получилось 6 котлеток. 1 приготовила, 5 заморозила.
