У меня есть разделение: в будние дни я работаю, занимаюсь бытом, занимаюсь своими делами (восстанавливающими ресурс) и формально выполняю обязанности матери — вожу детей на занятия/купаю/кормлю/укладываю. Качественно проводить время с детьми в будние дни у меня нет сил, поэтому я позволяю себе этого не делать. Зато выходные у нас чисто семейные почти всегда :) Ходим в театр, кафе, смотрим мультфильмы, играем, гуляем. Сегодня ездили на семейную новогоднюю фотосессию создавать настроение 🎅🏼.
