Это в очередной раз свидетельствует о том, что нам удалось сохранить стабильность финансово-денежной системы, и заслуги Центробанка тут сложно переоценить. Однако теперь хотелось бы уделить внимание и реальному сектору. Финансовая сфера чувствует себя хорошо, турбулентности там нет, поэтому нам можно и нужно переключить внимание на производство, промышленность, дать возможность бизнесу кредитоваться, а экономике развиваться. Иначе неминуемо дальнейшее увеличение разрыва между ее фактическим состоянием и перспективами развития. Производство - драйвер всего развития страны, без него начнется стагнация.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
