Прошу учесть, что Требованиях: Пункт 2 Спецпроект на Деловом радио у нас вместо 1 выпуска и 4 анонсов, будет 2 оригинальных выхода и к каждому 3 повтора, т.е. общее количество выходов будет 8. Пункт 3 Итоговый спецпроект в Коммерсанте, у нас не будет содержать отдельной суперобложки, а количество прочтений будет не менее 2700 первоначально было указано 15 000 просмотров. Остальное остается в таком же соотношении.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
