Февраль завершает аномально снежную календарную зиму продолжительной оттепелью.

Управление дорожного хозяйства круглосуточно вывозит снег с городских улиц, расчищает проезжие части и тротуары, ведет скол наледи, а также промывку ливневых канализаций.

🚜 Сегодня в работах занято 156 единиц техники, включая 42 привлеченных самосвала. Уборщики территорий выполняют ручную расчистку лестниц, остановок общественного транспорта, пешеходных переходов, тротуаров.

Всего за прошедшие сутки вывезено 5590 кубометров снега, для противогололедной обработки использовано 57 тонн пескосоляной смеси.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford.
