Также Генпрокуратура признала "нежелательным" молодежное крыло Альянса либералов и демократов за Европу (ALDE). Ведомство заявило, что организация "дискредитирует российскую политику, обвиняя органы власти в нарушении демократических принципов, прав и свобод граждан".
📝 ALDE объединяет 76 либерально-демократических партий из различных стран Евросоюза. В Европарламенте у её представителей 49 из 720 мест, это ведущая сила фракции "Обновление Европы". В объединение входят не только партии стран ЕС, но и, например, поддерживающая Владимира Зеленского украинская партия "Слуга народа". Членом ALDE с 2006 года является и российская партия "Яблоко".

For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Oh no. There’s a certain degree of myth-making around what exactly went on, so take everything that follows lightly. Telegram was originally launched as a side project by the Durov brothers, with Nikolai handling the coding and Pavel as CEO, while both were at VK. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine.
