По версии следствия, Минздрав, возглавляемый Биртановым принял на баланс нерабочую электронную платформу «Паспорт здоровья».

К слову, в медицинском холдинге Кулибаева есть и зарубежные активы, однако, судя по финансовым показателям, больница в Московской области не слишком преуспевает. Куда более успешными выглядят казахстанские проекты, работающие в партнерстве с сетью медцентров Mediker. Ранее Кулибаев напрямую был одним из ее совладельцев.
