Вчера вечером решением Октябрьского районного суда Саратова шестерым фигурантам уголовного дела о мошенничестве и вымогательстве в сфере похоронных услуг избрана мера пресечения.
Замдиректора МУСПП «Ритуал» Руслан Барышников, которому вменяется вымогательство и три начальника участков МКУ «Администрация кладбищ» - Алексей Алексеев, Артем Цуканов и Роман Борзов, которым вменяется мошенничество, заключены под стражу на два месяца.
Два землекопа - Дмитрий Зоря и ДмитрийПанов отправлены по домашний арест - – им вменяется мошенничество.
Кроме того местные СМИ сообщают, что директор МУСПП «Ритуал» Александр Носакивский уволен с занимаемой должности.
