Рейтинг регионов РФ по доступности покупки жилья в ипотеку составили эксперты РИА Новости на основе данных Центробанка и Росстата.
Лидерами рейтинга стали Ямало-Ненецкий автономный округ, Магаданская и Ленинградская области, а также вошли Ханты-Мансийский и Ненецкий автономные округа. В этих регионах не меньше половины семей могут купить квартиру в ипотеку.
Ещё в 12 субъектах РФ доступность такого кредита от 40 до 50 процентов. В их числе Республика Коми (50%), Сахалин (49,3%), Камчатка (48,6%), Мурманская (48,5%), Тюменская (47,6%), Челябинская (45,5%), Оренбургская (44,5%), Вологодская (43,9%), Кемеровская (42,4%) и Иркутская области (40,4%), а также Якутия (42,6%) и Красноярский край (41,2%).
Труднее всего решить «квартирный вопрос» в Карачаево-Черкессии, где доступность ипотеки 13,5%, Крыму (13,1%), Кабардино-Балкарии (11%), Тыве (10,4%), Дагестане (9,2%), Чечне (9,1%) и Ингушетии (7,1%). Чукотки из-за отсутствия данных и вовсе нет в рейтинге.
