Участников спросили, насколько здоровым они считают свое питание, с вариантами ответов: “отличное”, “очень хорошее”, “хорошее”, “удовлетворительное” и “плохое”.
Итог: 75% участников переоценили качество своего питания.
Кстати, я с этим ВСЕГДА встречаюсь на приеме.
Если у меня на консультации ребенок с лишним весом, в 90% случаев говорят «мы питаемся хорошо, правильно», «у нас ПП в семье», «ой вы не судите по вчерашнему рациону - он не показателен»
Вина ли в этом людей? Думаю нет.
Скорее всего, мы просто не знаем, что такое правильное питание. Поэтому будем продолжать образование в этом направлении дальше!
