Прекратить существующую лояльную для мигрантов с Юга мигрантскую политику и начать переназревшую модернизацию экономической и социально-политической сферы. Иначе через десяток лет Россия превратится в огромный бандустан, наподобие того, что складывается сегодня в Европе.
