Возможно, без предварительной подготовки каналов. Вот так, просто, «наживую». Кроме практической, эстетическая сторона вопроса здесь также проигнорирована. Соответственно, надо понимать, что грубая внешняя составляющая в проекте, застройщика ничуть не смущает. Но тогда почему настолько кропотливо «вылизаны» презентационные рендеры? Видимо, понимали, что подобные решения тормозят продажи. А сэкономить же хочется. Только когда экономят в ущерб будущим сделкам и авторитету — это нонсенс. Давно не встречали ничего подобного.
