На одном из участков промышленной зоны «Северный порт», в том месте, где строится первый этап жилого комплекса «Мангазея на Речном», появился долгожданный надземный этаж. Теперь вид на эту сторону будет постоянно меняться. Правда, пока не так радикально, как это может себе представить человек, посмотревший на рендеры с визуализацией готового проектного решения. Ведь упомянутый ЖК начинает своё развитие с невысоких корпусов: 12 и 23 этажа. Впрочем, не будем забывать, что рядом расположена яма ещё одного масштабного проекта (ЖК «Северный порт»), где ведётся устройство подземной части трёх разновысотных башен, среди которых имеется и 58-этажная доминанта высотой 228 метров. Здесь в ближайшее время также преодолеют нулевую отметку. А значит, вид на береговую линию промзоны «Северный порт» будет меняться быстрее, чем нам сначала показалось.

Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. "Russians are really disconnected from the reality of what happening to their country," Andrey said. "So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world." On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
