В медиапространстве опубликована видеозапись, содержащая сведения о применении жительницей города Прокопьевска физического насилия в отношении четырехлетней дочери. Также она оскорбляет девочку и угрожает ей.
В следственном управлении СК России по Кемеровской области – Кузбассу по данному факту возбуждено уголовное дело об истязании несовершеннолетней (п. "г" ч. 2 ст. 117 УК РФ).
Председатель СК России поручил руководителю СУ по Кемеровской области – Кузбассу Безукладникову А.С. доложить о ходе расследования и установленных обстоятельствах.
