Секретарь кировского районного суда Уфы дозвонилась в Следственный комитет, где ей сообщили, что постановления по уголовному делу в отношении Ильяса Байгускарова не выносилось. Адвокат также сообщил, что не видел постановления, однако задержание Ильяса указывает на то, что уголовное дело возбуждено.
Судья Альбина Добрянская заявила, что копия постановления о возбуждении уголовного дела против Ильяса Байгускарова поступила в суд.
В постановления о возбуждении уголовного дела указано, что Ильяс якобы склонял и участвовал в «массовых беспорядках» во время стихийного митинга в защиту Фаиля Алсынова* в городе Баймак.
Адвокат Байгускарова обратил внимание на запрет привлечения к уголовной и административной ответственности за одно деяние. Суд удалился в совещательную комнату.
