Здание сейчас восстанавливает Республика Бурятия.

Шефы уже полностью отремонтировали отопительную систему, на 80% – системы водоснабжения и водоотведения. Параллельно ведут электромонтажные работы и занимаются внутренней отделкой помещений.

Также в планах обновление отмостки и благоустройство территории. Должно получиться хорошо.

Забегая вперед, скажу, что скоро здесь будет располагаться и молодежный центр.
