Мастер спорта по гребному слалому, студент ГАГУ Иван Козлов в составе сборной России примет участие в чемпионате Океании. Спортсмены нашей сборной получили нейтральный статус, что позволит им принимать участие в международных соревнованиях.

Сейчас все восемь спортсменов сборной находятся на тренировочном сборе в Австралии и готовятся к чемпионату Океании.

Иван Козлов в прошлом году стал чемпионом России в индивидуальных гонках в классе байдарка-одиночка. Он победитель первенства Европы 2021 года, бронзовый призер первенства Европы 2020.
