Согласно проектным декларациям, в общей сложности речь идет о 10,3 тыс жилых единицах (квартирах и блоках) площадью 525,7 тыс кв. м в 57 МКД и двух блокированных домах.
Лидером по количеству строящихся объектов является Томск (33 дома и 382,2 тыс кв. м). За ним следуют Томский район (23 дома и 130,75 тыс кв. м) и Северск (3 дома и 12,7 тыс кв. м).
Большая часть объектов строится по разрешениям, выданным в 2022 году (25 ед.). На 2023-й приходится 10 объектов, на 2024-й – 16. Разрешение на самый «старый» из возводимых домов было выдано до 2015 года.
Пик сдачи строящегося жилья должен прийтись на следующий год (34 дома площадью 340 тыс кв. м). В 2026-м застройщики планируют сдать 6 домов на 51,6 тыс «квадратов», в 2027-м – 3 дома на 39,5 тыс кв. м.
Топ застройщиков по объемам текущего строительства возглавляет ТДСК (25 домов и 175,1 тыс кв. м). Вторую и третью строчку занимают «Спецгазстрой» (3 дома и 78,5 тыс кв.м) и «Карьероуправление» (8 домов и 67,8 тыс кв. м).

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
