🌨Начиная с 16:00 над городом будет проходить циклон, начнется сильный снегопад. АО «Дорэкс», подрядные и управляющие компании готовятся к работе в условиях повышенной трудности. До 17.00 будут обработаны все подъёмы и спуски. При планировании маршрутов перемещений по городу, учитывайте, пожалуйста, что работает коммунальная техника.
🔹Чтобы предотвратить заторы, совместно с ГИБДД отработан вопрос по ограничению заезда на магистрали города большегрузов.
🔹Пешеходов так же прошу быть внимательнее: перед тем, как перейти дорогу, убедитесь, что водитель видит вас и притормаживает. Из-за снегопада на пешеходных переходах тормозной путь сильно увеличивается!
Ожидаем, что движение на дорогах станет свободней после 20:00.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
