Это одна из будущих локаций Большого пешеходного маршрута в городе почти в самом начале бульвара. Открыть её обещают ко Дню города, то есть к 24 августа.

Благоустройство проведут и на участке бульвара от цирка до Кремлевского вала. В скором времени здесь приступят к устройству велодорожек и установке детской площадки.

Планы по преображению городских общественных пространств воплощаются в жизнь.
