Подписано на этот телеграм-канал 100500 человек. Все они с удовольствием лайкают интересные тексты, постепенно проникаются уважением к корпорации и с куда большей охотой отправляют в неё резюме – так и работает HR-бренд. Для компании, разумеется, бесплатно.
А ещё в корпорации есть огромный PR и SMM-отделы с многомиллионными бюджетами и приблизительно нулевым выхлопом. Но у людей в них есть время и желание присматривать за каналом Маши и давать ей ценные указания, что можно и нельзя писать, и в какой форме необходимо упоминать их прекрасную организацию.
Многие (и, кстати, сама Маша) считают, что это норм, все так и должно быть.
