Dominanta получила положительное заключение экспертизы по проекту строительства жилого комплекса на Дмитровском шоссе.

Жилой комплекс общей площадью 52 285 м² будет построен по адресу: Дмитровское шоссе, вл 83А.

Dominanta купила участок у MR Group в конце 2022 года, а в начале 2023 года девелопер смог увеличить параметры проекта с 40 667 м² до текущих показателей.

Перед продажей участка была разработана концепция (на фото) от бюро Kamen, но сейчас, судя по экспертизе, будет проект от СПИЧ.
