Первый проект загородки от "Самолета" в Елизарово планируют вывести в продажи в 2022-м году, рассказал Иван Виноградов (руководитель направления по загородной недвижимости) "Форбсу".
Из запланированных 200 000 кв.м недвиги половина придется на ИЖС, половина - на малоэтажку. Основу предложения проектов ИЖС должны составить участки площадью 6-8 соток с домами для постоянного проживания до 150 квадратных метров по средней цене 8-10 млн рублей.
Впрочем, действительно ли в следующем году мы увидим этот проект на рынке, одному богу известно. ПИК тоже обещал первую загородку летом 2021-го, но так ничего и не выкатил 🤷♀️. #перспективныйпроектзагородка #перспективныйпроект
