Общая площадь объекта - 25 000 кв.м, высота - до 90 метров. Точный адрес - ул.Часовая, 6, корп. 3 (кадастровый номер участка - 77:09:0004006:10). Площадка расположена довольно близко к Тимирязевскому парку, но - увы и ах - от зеленой зоны ее отделяют железнодорожные пути.

📍 Локейшен: САО, Аэропорт, ближайшая станция метро - «Аэропорт» (1,1 км).
