▪️ Жилая часть - 127 600 кв.м.
▪️ Под нужны реновации - 20 800 кв.м.
▪️ Детсад на 75 воспитанников.

По сети давно гуляют две концепции от бюро Kleinewelt для данного комплекса. Их дублируем выше. 👆 Как думаете, «Бэсткон» (да-да, это проект нашего любителя переносить сроки сдачи) справится с задачкой?👇

📍 Локейшен: ВАО, Сокольники, ближайшая станция метро - «Рижская» (1,4 км).
